Option 1: computer, USB cable, and browser
- Enable Developer options and USB debugging on the authorized phone.
- Connect the phone to the computer with a data-capable USB cable.
- Open Teralivo in a compatible browser and choose the phone.
- Allow the USB debugging prompt on the phone and complete binding.
Option 2: Teralivo Setup and wireless debugging
- Install Teralivo Setup on the phone that will be managed.
- Sign in with the same Teralivo account.
- Open Android wireless debugging and complete pairing with the notification or manual code flow.
- After binding succeeds, Teralivo Setup can be uninstalled.
What “without a persistent setup app” means
The computer flow does not install the Teralivo Setup application package. Teralivo still deploys and starts the authorized device service required to provide the selected management features.
The phrase does not mean that no software runs on the phone. Device authorization and clear disclosure remain required.
Start with the method that matches your situation
Both binding methods support Android 12 through Android 16. The computer method is usually easier for an initial setup because the phone and browser remain visible at the same time. Wireless pairing is useful when a computer or data cable is unavailable, but Android may close the six-digit pairing-code window when switching apps.
