Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Teralivo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Last updated: July 15, 20261. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for account credentials, activity performed through your account, and promptly reporting unauthorized access.
2. Authorized devices and consent
You may use Teralivo only on a device you own and personally use, a minor child’s device where permitted by law, or a device whose adult user gave prior, informed, written consent. You must clearly disclose the data and features enabled, keep evidence of consent, and stop access when consent is withdrawn or authorization ends.
Teralivo is not a substitute for legal advice. You are responsible for complying with privacy, recording, employment, communications, child-protection, and surveillance laws that apply to you and the device user.
3. Service features
Depending on the selected rules and Android capabilities, Teralivo may process location, screen, audio, video, contacts, SMS, call records, app usage, files, logs, and remote assistance control events. Features may be unavailable on some devices, Android versions, networks, or jurisdictions.
4. Trials, plans, redeem codes, and add-ons
- The free trial lasts two hours and includes one phone, 100MB of rolling storage, and the displayed remote assistance allowance.
- Paid plans and add-ons are prepaid, activate for the stated period, and do not renew automatically unless a future checkout clearly says otherwise.
- A redeem code may be used once. Its value must cover the selected purchase and unused value is not returned as cash or account credit.
- Add-ons apply to the current active subscription and expire when that subscription period ends. Trial accounts cannot purchase add-ons.
- Current prices are displayed on the public website and before activation. Existing subscriptions retain their purchase-time price snapshot.
5. Storage and deletion
All phones on an account share its storage quota. When the quota is reached or reduced, the oldest stored files may be deleted first. Trial data is scheduled for deletion one hour after trial expiry. Paid data enters a three-day grace period after subscription expiry, then is scheduled for deletion. Deleted data may not be recoverable.
6. Remote assistance
Remote assistance is intended for an authorized device user. Session time is deducted as described in the product. Network interruptions, device state, or third-party connectivity may affect availability and quality.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for suspected unauthorized surveillance, unlawful conduct, security threats, payment abuse, material breach, or risk to users or the service. You may stop using the service at any time. Expiry, termination, or device removal may invalidate device credentials and stop uploads.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
Teralivo and its software, design, documentation, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service. You retain rights in data you lawfully provide and grant us the limited rights necessary to process it for the service.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, preservation of every file, or suitability for emergency, safety-critical, evidentiary, or life-support use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teralivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for unlawful use by an account holder. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
