Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Teralivo processes, why it is processed, how long it is retained, and the choices available to account holders and authorized device users.

This policy applies to the Teralivo website, account service, device connection tools, cloud storage, and remote assistance features.
The account holder decides which authorized device data is collected and is responsible for providing all legally required notices and obtaining prior written consent from the adult device user. Teralivo processes that device data to provide the service.
2. Information we process
- Account information, including email address, password hash, account status, preferences, and support messages.
- Security and technical information, including IP address, browser fingerprint used for registration rate limits, device identifier, connection status, logs, and request metadata.
- Subscription and transaction information, including plan snapshots, redeem-code use, quotas, and payment-provider references. Teralivo does not store full payment-card numbers.
- Data selected by the account holder from an authorized device, which may include location, screen recordings, audio, camera video, photos, contacts, SMS, call records, app usage, and diagnostic logs.
- Remote assistance session information, including the selected device, session duration, connection state, and control events needed to deliver the session.
3. How information is used
- Provide accounts, device connection, configured data collection, storage, downloads, updates, and remote assistance.
- Calculate quotas, enforce subscription limits, prevent abuse, secure accounts, investigate failures, and provide customer support.
- Meet legal obligations, enforce the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, and protect users and the public.
4. Sharing and service providers
Teralivo does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, object-storage, email, security, and payment providers only as needed to operate the service. Cloudflare R2 is used for stored device files. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to prevent harm, fraud, or abuse.
5. Retention and deletion
- Rolling storage deletes the oldest stored files when the account quota is reached.
- Trial data is scheduled for deletion one hour after the trial ends.
- After a paid subscription expires, uploads stop and stored data enters a three-day grace period before scheduled deletion unless access is renewed.
- Account, security, transaction, and support records may be kept longer where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
- Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove limited encrypted backups, which expire through normal backup rotation.
6. Security and account responsibility
Teralivo uses access controls, transport encryption, private object storage, time-limited file links, and account-level quotas. No system is completely secure. Account holders must protect credentials, remove devices they no longer manage, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
7. Rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion of personal information. An adult device user may also contact us about data associated with their device. We may need information to verify identity, account ownership, or device association before acting on a request.
8. Children and international processing
Teralivo accounts are not intended for children. A parent or legal guardian may manage a minor child’s device only where permitted by applicable law. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.
