Acceptable Use Policy
Teralivo is for transparent, authorized device management and remote assistance. Secret or unlawful access is prohibited.

- Manage a device you own and personally use.
- Manage a minor child’s device only when you are the parent or legal guardian and applicable law permits it.
- Manage an adult user’s device only after receiving prior, informed, written consent that describes the enabled data and features.
- Provide remote assistance or organizational device support where the user and organization are properly informed and authorized.
2. Prohibited use
- Secret surveillance, stalking, harassment, intimidation, coercive control, or spying on a partner, former partner, employee, tenant, or any other person.
- Accessing a device, account, camera, microphone, communications, location, or files without lawful authorization.
- Recording private communications or collecting sensitive information without the notice and consent required by law.
- Hiding material facts about collection from an adult device user or continuing after consent is withdrawn.
- Circumventing security, device-owner controls, platform restrictions, or another person’s attempt to remove access.
- Using collected data for discrimination, blackmail, threats, doxxing, identity theft, fraud, or other harm.
- Uploading malware, attacking the service, abusing rate limits, interfering with other users, or reselling access without written permission.
- Any use that violates privacy, surveillance, wiretap, employment, child-protection, export, sanctions, or other applicable law.
3. Your responsibilities
Before connecting a device, explain what Teralivo does, which features will be enabled, what data will be stored, who can access it, and how consent can be withdrawn. Keep consent records and regularly confirm that your authorization remains valid. Remove the device and stop collection when authorization ends.
4. Enforcement and reporting
We may investigate reports, restrict features, suspend accounts, invalidate device credentials, preserve evidence where legally required, or cooperate with lawful authorities. Report suspected misuse to support@teralivo.com with enough information for us to investigate safely.
