Designed for occasional, authorized support
Remote assistance uses the device connection that is already established after binding. The feature is intended for situations where you are permitted to help operate or troubleshoot the phone.
A session is started from the web workspace and remains separate from the device’s collection schedules.
What you need before starting
- The phone must run Android 12 through Android 16.
- The phone must already be bound to the same Teralivo account.
- The device service must be online and able to reach the Teralivo server.
- The account must have available remote assistance time.
- VPN or restrictive network software on the phone may interfere with the display connection.
Remote assistance and remote commands
When the remote assistance connection is active, the web workspace can display the phone and send supported touch actions. A command terminal is available only while that existing connection is online.
You can operate apps in an independent virtual display without occupying the phone’s main screen, so the device user can continue using the phone normally.
Commands are limited to one at a time, have a fixed execution timeout, and return bounded output to the browser.
Use remote access responsibly
Only start a session on a phone you own or have clear authority to support. Do not use remote assistance to bypass consent, device security, or local law.
